Rusty rotors/hubs

Year old A3 with low miles and the slightly shiny finish on the disc rotor hubs is becoming stained with rust..... what can I treat them with?

Is this evidence of Audi quality??

Get some high temp black paint and paint them.

I use Hammerite, brush it on. When you change discs try Pagid, the paint seems to stay stuck on those.
