Did you do everything over the phone? Thats maybe were I went wrong. I sent the proposal via email although the dealer did say he sent it there and then and it all went through OK with no error codes (whatever that means). Paid some of the deposit and got my build number yesterday so all go for me. I put in my order with Nick at Vardis on Friday morning.
I will be heading down to him to collect even though it's a 2 hour drive away from Stoke. Think I'll train it down and drive it back

Some of you guys seem to have had a long old wait, I only started this last Friday morning, and was all signed up by 12:15pm same day. Email is great until you are in a rush...

Email response times weren't a problem for me, had an email from my dealer Thursday lunch time to say the order had gone in but perhaps it had only been passed to the dealers admin team or something rather than actually being keyed in to the VW system, I'll be really irritated if my order doesn't go through now!ETA. 11:47AM to be precise

You've just got to keep your eyes peeled once you're ready to order, or getting close to anyway. I only noticed the R Estate deal because the PH 'Best Lease Deals' thread had maybe 10 pages added in a pretty short period of time, which is a sure sign of a set of frenzied PH lease bargain hunters!

"Thank you for waiting. Your vehicle is currently scheduled to build in Week 19 which is the week commencing 9th of May. It is not yet confirmed but scheduled. If you call in next week, we should be able to advise you on whether it is confirmed."
I signed the order form yesterday having submitted proposal docs Friday morning and had confirmation email Friday afternoon.

It sounds like you have been accepted, "the order has gone in" indicates everything is ploughing on....

I've also just had a 'chat' with VW and my R Estate is currently set for a wk22 build, which is the week commencing May 30. My finance proposal thingy was approved on Friday afternoon. I guess it's a bit of a lottery. I'm not in a rush though as my current R hatch lease doesn't expire until June 14.
