Well after a bit of back and forth with the broker the order form is in and job done
With my current (purchased not leased) A7 being an ex demo and therefore pretty much fully loaded I struggled to peel away any of the options I had on my original "wish list", but did manage to bin the privacy glass - so final spec is:
Navarra Blue
Rotor Grey interior
B&O Sound
Virtual Cockpit
Flat s/wheel
Folding heated mirrors
Hill hold assist
I know the lease mantra of minimal options etc, but have done the man maths and the total cost over the term will still work out at less than the A7 will have depreciated over 2 years come Feb/March, and that's buying an ex demo..
Have loved the grunt of the BiTdi engine but am looking forward to being able to rev something past 6k revs again..!
The sums work out at £2800 deposit and £440 flat month (all Inc VAT), so I'm basically paying £1k per annum for all the options, which I'm OK with to have pretty much want I wanted originally - just hope the colour combo works and that I like grey interior (I've done black, cream, red but never grey..)
Roll on February..
So you will have the new 'emissions ECU update' version. Would like to know your thoughts on how it runs with this change in D mode where there has been some lag from pulling away from a stop. LOVE the wheels, not sure of the tinted lights and Nardo Grey is in my opinion the worst colour I see on Audi's or any other car. I just dont get why you would want a car that looks like they forgot the paint and pay Audi £2k for it. Merlin Purple though, now thats a coloursimonwhite2000 said:

It's a Swiss plate on it so probably more money than sense I'm starting to take a liking to the Nardo Grey though

It hadn't worked out when I needed to order and I had to go for an S3. I'd made peace with this. Then came the latest round of deals...
I'm pleased to report I'm back on for an S4, no added spec, Brilliant Black, Magma Leather and coming to me in a 2-3 weeks. Perfect timing as I can now VT my current car at any time. Looking forward to it!

I know that I’ve missed the boat on the best lease deals but is there any good deals still out there for the S5 sport back.
I was thinking of ordering the new S4 because there’s some good deals out there but I can’t get away from the fact that I prefer the S5.
Take the S4 deal - it is still 50 a month cheaper than the best SB that were seen. Depends how you would feel if the S4 deal goes by and no S5 SB deals come through. They are essentially the same car underneath and from the drivers seat. The S4 actually has a better front end.
