I had a 335d GT with M Sport Plus and the HK is quite significantly better than the standard stereo in my S4. BUT I don't care.
I think this is it, I really really care about audio gear at home (enough that if I sold all my gear it would pay for my S5 lease with change) but in the car its a waste of time as you are in a far less than ideal environment anyway. So I don't bother upgrading the audio in the car as it will never be anywhere near as good as home. Only time I would be is if I spent hours per day in the car so didn't have a lot of chance to listen at home, but then I wouldn't be leasing an S4/S5 if I was doing a lot of miles. The standard system in the S5 is enjoyable enough to listen to while concentrating on driving. Never turn it up very loud though as I want to hear the car.
Guys - developed a weird issue where when the parking sensor kicks (display on main screen) it exits 'CarPlay' but then I can't go back into CarPlay as the symbol/icon just jumps around as if it is trying to launch but failing.
Music continues to play fine etc but I then have to disconnect my phone (via the cable) and reconnect it to be able to go back into CarPlay.

Must be an software issue or glitch? Or possibly something to do with my iPhone as I recently upgraded it...I thought I could put up with it but its super annoying as even when I'm in traffic I'm conscious of cars getting too close and enabling the sensors lol

I have an iPhone 6 with the latest (weekly!) update and all is well at the moment. Do you have the specific short Audi curly connection iPhone lead?....as it could be a connection lead issue.
Yeah using the supplied lead. Could be but because of the way its behaving I think its more of a software issue. I think if it was the lead then maybe I would notice issues intermittently or sporadically however this is very regular in its behaviour. You are right though I shouldn't rule out it being the cable.
On a complete side note I had a Google Maps Update pop up yesterday which was nice to see. Taking ages to download though! Anyone else had one come through?
