Yes thats the thing i have already bought a sd card and its still not functioning but the seller did advise there is no activation code with the sd card. I have raised a formal complaint with lloyds im giving them time to resolve the matter 8 weeks i think it is if its not resolved straight to the Ombudsmon. To be honest Arnold clark pre purchase are really good but their after care atrocious. They do not admit anything. If anyone buys a car from there make sure you get everything in writing if they say they will be doing something for you. Because they are ridiculous to get a hold off.
