Not sure if this helps, i found mine worked when i selected the option to say it was a company order - mine is a lease. So ended up adding order number, my postcode and company as Audi then it worked...Audi online chat tried to fob me off that I can't track until 2 weeks before build week.

honestly once you have access it's not that exciting nothing has changed on mine for a few weeks now (but i still like to check). The build date is still the 12th June which is getting close now. Then I am sure it will be more interesting to keep an eye on how it is progressing talksthetorque said:
On the 6th May I asked fleet prices.co.uk for my build/order number for tracking and....err.....well.....
Gave them a gentle nudge (which involved asking again for the tracking number - if they couldn't supply me with that, then could they send me a copy of the order acknowledgement from the dealer ) and a day later, I get a phone call and two emails.
So now I too can look at exactly the same unchanged page twice a day or more for at least the next five weeks. Then I can watch it get built, and then I can watch it sat at the dealer for another four weeks until my current lease ends. Stupidly I have arranged to be on holiday that week and booked my car that is going back in to the airport car park.......

CVL still haven't got back to me after my initial call and email to them regarding the spec of mine and if I could ad any options and its been two weeks so I will be calling them tomorrow. I did also have a build date of July so wondering what standard spec we will be getting (MY17 or MY18)

First thing I did was price up the tyres so I can start saving.
Having had full maintenance on the last two leases, and having tyres that lasted 30 and 50k on the Exeo and 20 and 35k on the Leon, I thought it was time to do it the non maintained route.
Think I'm just going to put £50 in a virtual jar every month.

Mine has jumped from an unconfirmed July build date to a confirmed build date of the week commencing 5th June (this week!) - getting more and more real now and I'm very excited although I'm still awaiting on an answer from CVL as to what spec I will be getting. Its about a month from now until the car is expected to be in the UK not sure I can be bothered to wait till September for the new plates.

Crikey that's a big jump forward.
