My deal for anyone who's interested.
Just applied for finance on a new VW Golf GTI 5dr 2.0TSI 230ps 6 speed manual in White.
1+23 contract
10k miles a year
24 month contract
£267.40 a month Inc VAT
10.8 pence per mile excess
No fees
£6417.60 all together
22.44% of cost of car by my reckoning.
Supplied by Graham at Hub Leasing. Highly recommended.
If you call him please mention you were referred by John Knowles.
I'd hurry as the White one I got was an order that someone missed out on.
Done - kumquat fisted. Graham was very helpful as you say. Happy with Sept delivery and managed to bag one of the last remaining DSG models! (which was actually a released order).Just applied for finance on a new VW Golf GTI 5dr 2.0TSI 230ps 6 speed manual in White.

I am about to pull trigger on below
Gti
5door DSG
Rubin black
10k
165inc x23
2400 upfront
Whats the thoughts on the above?
And any more info on colour would be a bonus.
My local dealer had a Rubin Black 'swatch', and I really like the colour, when it's in the light you can definitely see the red in it. Gti

But there were none left to order in that colour, so we went for red.

Bit puzzled by that - there are a number of cars in the build pipeline hat have an assigned colour, but the colour may be changed up to a certain stage. It's how I was able to choose my preferred colour freely. I guess it could be that the cars in the earlier stage of the pipeline are all allocated but that doesn't seem to be the feedback people are getting...But there were none left to order in that colour, so we went for red.

Seems my hesitation today means I may have missed the boat
Was after a red 5dr pref DSG but would also take manual. Happy with no options over stock. Looking for delivery ASAP (would even consider a pre-facelift...)
Try Graham at Hub Leasing - he's been helpful and responsive (unlike a bunch of companies I've contacted). Tell him Arno recommended you Was after a red 5dr pref DSG but would also take manual. Happy with no options over stock. Looking for delivery ASAP (would even consider a pre-facelift...)

I was lucky and managed to bag a red gti with DSG around mid morning. I have now received an order number although nothing shows on the VW site. Must say that Breeze have been a pleasure to deal with so far. I was told that I had secured the last red DSG and that all white and black models had already gone.
I also managed to bag a Indium Grey DSG from Breeze yesterday morning, my order number also shows nothing on the VW site as of yet. Would echo that it was great to deal with Breeze, quick response to email and then from submitting forms to finance agreed in around 90 mins - great stuff. Edit: It is now appearing in the tracking process

If you do a search on Contract Hire and Leasing , all the same cheap Golf GTI deals still show up as they did yesterday. However, do people know how long it takes them to pull them off the site?
I presume if you ring most of them up, they would probably say that there are non left, as it has already been said on here. Surely they should be taking them off though if that's the case?
