RS6 Avant blues

I'm looking to spec a new RS6 and thinking of choosing ascari blue. It wasn't a first choice as I had intentions of going for sepang or nogaro. But having seen a sold ascari, I actually thought it looked understated but classy. .. I'd appreciate any feed back as Ive only got over a week to make my mind up.

I think it looks ok but its a bit of a 50/50 colour with people. ...it looks like primer etc and may go out of fashion in 2-3yrs?
I've had a Range Rover SVR in estoril blue for a couple of years and want something special but not in your face ..maybe its because its a RR and sings 'flash'

Personally I love Toucan Yellow on the RS6, but colour is very subjective!

Edit to add: I wouldnt go for Sepang, its so predictable and evvvvvvveryone chooses it.

I agree with Sepang being popular .. I'm just going to have to keep scrolling on google for blues. Voodoo, Riviera etc etc

Ascari is good colour. Understated. Nardo bit flash and trendy for me.

Personally that deep purple with a light interior and black/carbon packs is perfect

I spotted one today (Ascari), it wasn't clean, but equally not filthy.

My thoughts were that it was quite insipid. A bit sad, given the beast that lurks beneath; I thought it deserved a better colour. FWIW

..thanks, that has been one of my worries. It looks good in the showroom, but once driven and not polished it would look dull and a little disappointing considering all the other colour options available.
On a different thought, what about Mocha Latte??

Plus you can now get the S models in sepang blue so not as special as it once was.

I appreciate your dilemma, you don't want to SHOUT OUT, but would like to do the car justice, and not just follow the easy options.

Given the 'investment' cost (and with half an eye on resale, come the time), have you looked at exclusive colours? - There’s gotta be something there that quietly ticks your box. (I haven't looked; I bought Misano, on a very much lowlier model number.)
