Never heard of a dealer "deleting" a remap, and the warranty issue with them is still a very grey area on what is covered and what is not....

Not heard of many bad news stories of remapped cars for a while so think you'll be safe.

Got any pics of her yet?

The dealer removed mine from my S5 by replacing the ECU.
There was no grey area, either I wanted my warranty or I didn't.
I'd bought the car from them, it had been done prior to them taking it in p/x

They also removed the smaller supercharger pulley and put the standard one back.

I was disappointed to lose the additional power but prefered the safety net of the main dealer used (2year warranty) which I got when I bought it.
The 7 sp DSG boxes are known to have issues, so I didn't want to run one without main dealer warranty nor be left out in the cold for any goodwill payments.
