Bluetooth phone call issue 2017 VW Polo R Line

Hi guys,

I have a 2017 plate VW polo r line

Been having intimitant issue with silent inbound and outbound calls whilst connected to the cars Bluetooth. When I dial out or I have someone call In the rings come through fine but then the line stays silent. The car is almost 3 months old and the problems only just started in the last week or two. Music plays through the Bluetooth without issue and I've had 100% connected phone calls without being connected to Bluetooth so can't see it being a service provider issue. Any helpful advice is welcome- talking louder/turning volume up does not help.

Surely just take it to the dealer there may be a firmware update for the stereo??

Also what phone are you using? If a well developed android or iPhone these are generally fine but something a bit left field can be the cause of odd bugs like this

And if you do take it back the dealer, for goodness sake get them to allow you to demonstrate it!
