On a different note guys has anyone seen the colours in the flesh? Is the moon white a pearlescent metallic white or just flat white?
Moon white is metallic, I've seen it in the metal and I'd say it has a greyish/blueish tint to it.

It would be my first choice had I not just had a white car.

No extras and free red paint. I did consider keyless and front sensors but other half wasn't bothered and said she could live without.
Front and rear parking sensors are standard equipment

Front are not standard, at least not on the hatchback. The one I test drove didn't have them.

100% was a 245, I was surprised when he said it had no front sensors as I turned the sensors on to squeeze past 2 cars.

The 245 comes with both front and rear as standard , is the car in the link the one you drove ? You can see the sensors in the pics.

Looking at the pictures your right, I found it strange they didn't pick anything up and the display showed the greyed out bars for the front and rear but they didnt pick anything up, is it possible to disable the front ones? don't see why you would want to.

Bonus if they come with both then as was led to believe they didn't by the salesman.

Front ones tend to get turned off a lot as they can go off when just driving through tight gaps etc on narrow roads.

Yes there is a button by the gear stick to disable them.

I'm familiar with the Octavia as my dad and sister have them, as I was pulling forward out the dealership I pressed the button to turn the sensors on only for it to do nothing with the front sensors.
I do the same all the time in our BMW when pulling up to the house.

I always thought they were on already and the button turned them off?

They are activated when you select reverse or press the button to turn them on. They then turn off when you exceed 15km/h or press the button again to turn them off.

After having a diesel vRS for 4 years I called in to my local dealer today to take a petrol version out. Unfortunately they only had the 230 bhp version in. Wanted to be impressed but was a bit of a let down, think I've got too used to driving a diesel wobble

Need to look at the specs, is the standard equipment of the diesel and the petrol the same? The salesman today didn't seem too knowledgeable.

Good work.. did you end up getting the sunroof for £330 ?

Very tempted myself at that price..

Would have been £337 without the sunroof but I thought, what the hell!

For some reason I had it in my head you were getting the sunroof for £360 extra over the term! Got me thinking of doing the same but have just realised what you meant..
