Have you got an order number ?
No although I haven't asked for one, they say my order is still showing as accepted at the factory. That's all I ever get told. Am I better off asking for the order number and checking through Skoda website myself? ( I assume that's all she is doing anyway though?) Clinton Baptiste said:

I would have thought you should have one yes. I just keep checking mine with SkodaUK on live chat. I just ask for an update every week. You should have a build date by now.Ursicles said:
Order the boggo spec car in October and still waiting for build dates here.
Did speak to customer services who said they are aiming to get all customers their cars by August!!
Its a fking skoda, not a 911 super limited suck off the dealer to get your name down special ..

Nice one mate , look forward to the pics!
Get some pics on Juan Thought I'd add some more thoughts on the 245 DSG hatch now that I've had it for a couple of days...
Good:
1. Incredibly smooth gearbox. I struggle to even notice gearchanges.
2. Premium feel - coming from a 2016 B9 Audi A4, this feels a nicer cabin with all the extras of alcantara heated elec seats etc.
3. Steering is direct and linear.
4. Switchgear feels solid and has soft touch indicator stalks which I liked on my old M135i.
5. Infotainment system is simple to set up and intuitive
6. Standard electric mirrors
7. Electric seats and mirrors can be configured to each key so I can share the car with my wife without having to constantly adjust the seat and mirrors manually each time
8. Lumbar support is great
9. Front and rear parking sensors with visual aid on infotainment screen is a boon for me as I have to parallel park on my road
Unsure about:
1. Lack of shortcut buttons for changing radio station/source when driving (rather than poking at the touchscreen)
2. So many menus on the instrument cluster makes it hard to decide what I want to see there
3. Start/stop is pretty intrusive - it shuts the engine off quite often before I've even come to a stop!
Not a fan of:
1. Speedo goes in 20mph increments so 30 and 70 limits in the UK aren't exactly signposted very well (I tend to need digital speedo to be sure!)
Nope - heated seats in the front only. But that's ok by me. Not sure my toddler daughter would benefit from it anyway in her massive carseat!
The level of standard spec on the 245 really is extremely good. Coming from a base 2016 Audi A4 1.4 Sport, it's miles ahead in terms of gadgets.

1. Lack of shortcut buttons for changing radio station/source when driving (rather than poking at the touchscreen) - Steering wheel buttons do this on mine I think?
2. So many menus on the instrument cluster makes it hard to decide what I want to see there - I just leave it on the digital speedo, though it's overriden by nav directions
3. Start/stop is pretty intrusive - it shuts the engine off quite often before I've even come to a stop! - First thing I do when I get in is turn it off, I'm investigating if it can be changed to of by default
