I’m in the same boat with gbv. I have not been intouch with them neither have they with me.
So as they are aware I don’t know anything. Is the deal a defo no no or are they waiting to give us another offer wether it be on another car.

The deal is a defo no no! I used Blue Chilli and it was them who told me it was all over Piston Heads. I very surprised they haven't contacted you yet. They may be waiting for another deal to tempt you with before they call. I wouldn't want to be waiting this long for the call though especially as we've now known for a few weeks it ain't happening. Don't know what their thought process is! I'd be phoning them asking for my money back.

Don't be naive like me this deal is truly dead and buried. Just shows how poor customer service is from GBV when the deal was cancelled before xmas they've not been in touch nor refunded your fees. Get on the phone to them and let them know it's poor management on their part. They are apparently speaking with Lex and Audi but you won't get a similar deal to what was previously offered.

Spoke with gbv this morning. Refunds are being processed - there are a few to do, target to complete by end of this week.

I read that people have been getting compensation from lex is this true or is it too much hassle to get something from them.

People have raised complaints with Lex, but not sure how many have received compensation though. One or two cases on here but given the volume of orders cancelled that's nothing really.

Anyone else getting messed around by Blue Chilli Cars re the A6 refund? Promised payment today, but nothing as yet. Is it time to speak to BVRLA regarding this?

Wait until the morning and contact them again.

I paid my fee on a credit card and have raised a complaint to my bank as GBV have made a payment but it's nowhere to been seen nor are they interested in dealing with whats happened to it.

I spoke to the agent from Blue Chilli on 20/12 regarding the cancellation and refund. He said it would take a couple of days, and I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt with it being over the holiday period. But I’m now beggining to think they’re taking the piss. If I dont receive it tomorrow, then I think I will contact BVRLA.

I believe the finance company and Audi are going to see GBV in the next couple of days to try and resolve the concern, they're waiting on the outcome to provide factual information as appose to hearsay and internet gossip.

I had LEX call me today, it’s not internet gossip, the deal is gone. What’s left to resolve? I was told the residual value in the system was incorrect so they couldn’t honour the deals.

Have asked for my broker fee back from BCC and then that'll be that.

Have to say I'm a bit surprised Lex didn't come up with an alternative, 500 orders lost for Them and as many across the Brokers.

I would have fancied a 4 series GC Auto if they had offered one.

I'm not sure what the Brokers have to gain by holding up the refund on these fees?

It's just aggravates people and dissuades from using them when the next PCH deal comes round.

Hi Guys, those who received a call today from LeX, did they ring from 0203 number ? 1 miss call, so wondering if that was them? unable to call them back on it.

Same boat here, GBV raised the refund on the 21st but i still haven’t received it. I’m giving it until Friday and then going to chase it up.

My refund from GBV was processed on the 29th of December... it's through World pay which takes a minimum of 10 working days... what a piss take...

10 freaking days - what a piss take. That would explain why I haven't seen my money yet then. Again no one at GBV had the courtesy to tell me that.
