Mine is extended until May, but delivery times on the car I’ve had on order (since May this year) seem to keep slipping…

I probably buy there service pack for 539.77 for inspection and oil service.
I was quoted £543 for oil, inspection and brake fluid from Lookers Audi via their booking line. Went into dealership to be told I had been misquoted and best price they could do would be £445. So pulled out a detailed quote from an Audi specialist quoting £391 and they eventually agreed to match it and booked in for Friday.

Unfortunately I’ve got to go in and see them again, they didn’t reset my inspection interval which flashed up with “30 days to inspection” yesterday, which I’m not able to do (can only reset the oil countdown).
For reference, I spoke with VWFS Customer Services yesterday and all PCH via VWFS direct are eligible for 12 month informal extensions (assuming you are not already on an extension) - they will offer the same monthly, mileage is pro rata and as I understand it, cancellable at anytime with 1 month's notice. (I have emailed and await this is writing).
This policy change happened on 01/11/22 in light of the current cost of living crisis and extensive vehicle delivery delays.

Great news, I wonder if they’ll let me go from a 6 month informal to a 12 month… Given my extension period hasn’t started yet.
