VW Transporter T6 Broken Mirror Bracket

Hi Everyone,

The mirror on my T6 has been hit and broke, not the mirror glass the whole mirror which is now hanging from its wires.

I bought the Mirror Repair bracket from Travelin-Lite however I can to seem to fit it.

Problem is all the wires, instructions say cut wires at chockblock, I dont have a chock block with wires going into it I have four seperate wires.

Do I cut them all to get the borken bracket off?

If anyone has done this repair before I would be very gratful of any advise you can give me.

I can not find anything on the forum for VW T6

Could you send me a link to a forum topic for T6 owners so I can let them know of the fitting experiance I had repairing my VW Transporter mirror.

I do find the forum on Pistonheads a minefield.

Any info will be very much appreciated,
