Audi S6 Avant (C4)

Morning all

For the 2nd time in about 3 years I'm obsessed with the thought of owning a 94-98 S6 Avant after seeing one sell for just under £5k at the back end of last year.

I know they're hens teeth but I was wondering if anyone still owns one on here and also what are they like to live with/own?

Pictures of your car's would be very helpful just to fuel the obsession 😵‍💫

A 5k S6 is only going to lead to lies from a seller and tears from you. You know this to be true. Unless you own a garage. And get free parts. And Labour. And have a spare car.

Unless its not 5k and it's been fastidiously maintained with history, at which point it wouldn't be 5k. There may be a buyers guide on RE Performance on YouTube which might help you, but I think it may be later models and along the lines of 'pain'

Oh don't worry I'm not stupid enough to think I can get an S6 for £5k and have many years of easy daily motoring but the price certainly intrigued me.

I'd assume it'd be the same again to get it up to at least some sort of scratch.
