Cost, service ?

Don't let this new mob wash your car, they will just scratch it ... recommend Bexley Audi

cost was never an issue for they wasted our time when booking for servicing and with a courtesy car we asked

will never go there ever

Your not the only one!Couldn't be bothered to set up a test drive for me in an RS6 in 2003 and an RS4 this year. And didn't manage to take my neighbour seriously 4 months ago when he made an enquiry regarding a 4.2 TDI Q7.He bought elsewhere and they lost out on a 57 grand car.

I did a test drive for a Q7 and a A6 Avant

I was then interested in the A6 Avant and quoted £40,000 for it and then I asked how much for my 1998 A8 with 50,000 miles in near mint condition.

The offer of the sales person was so stupid I simply walked away. I will sell my car privately and NEVER buy a new Audi even if I can afford it. It is a matter of principle.

Then the issue of servicing the car... they managed to piss off me and my wife in one move.

So Chelmsford Audi will never see me to buy a new Audi or a second hand Audi or my Audi to be serviced...
