Anyone got one of these yet?
Is the claimed 74mpg figure realistic or ambitious?
What are they like to drive? Any faults?

Its just a Polo with a 1.9Tdi engine and a few tweaks. Can't see why it would be any different to other VWs. Probably handles a bit more interestingly on low resistance tyres though.

Wait a year and they may find a way to get it below 100 CO2 thingys WITH aircon.

Or just buy a year old Polo TDi and save a few grand to pay many years road tax.

Its a 1400cc 3 cylinder tdi tht outputs 80bhp and realisticly you get about 60mpg on the combined cycle from what I have read. The non-aircon version is dirt cheap to run with no road tax or congestion charge to worry about.
