forge charge cooler

I have the above fitted to my 1.8 20v t motor at the moment it produces 330 bhp and the c/cooler handles it fine. I have just bought a turbo which should give me 420-440bhp will it still be ok ?

I'd be more worried about your pistons and rods with that power!

You may find your throttle body will be a limiting factor as well, whats the spec of your engine and turbo ? as for the charge cooler does it not come with a operating range ?
