W8 Passat in the classifieds?

Hi guys....and ladies out there, i'm lookin for a new motor either VAG or Lexus and was looking through the passats when i found this http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/360917.htm
then a couple of pages later another for the same car, the sceond ad claiming the 1st one was a scam obviousley at that price theres somet a bit "dodgy" .
My question is has anyone had any dodgy experiences buying off PH and if so what were they?

the description looks copied and pasted from dvla! who actually writes an advert like that....
