Please can someone advise what engine mods have been used to gain the HP increase over the 225. Also what mods can be carried out to the sport to further increase the HP what can be obtained without an increase in turbo size? How much with an exhaust and quality filter kit and may be re map ?

Nothing at all Audi just gave the map a tweak and the tiniest of boost increases.

Remap will take you to 260-265, a sniff more with a good qaulity exhaust and shrouded air filter.

Just a re-mapp as said. Very sim to the 150-180hp k03s engines it was a re-mapp on them, both when tuned gave about 205-210 roughly 250-260 with k04s as used in the 225-240, add a Supersprint or miltec exhaust with a filter will give a good 15-20hp xtra on top when a custom mapp is used.
