There's a diverter valve inside the dash, if it's different temperatures on each side then that is likely stuck. Ball ache to get to, but no fancy tools needed. YouTube is your friend if you feel like having a go and saving yourself plenty Audi labour hours.

Hi just bought a Audi A4 2006 s line , econ light is stuck on and wont turn of , passenger side blowing cold and driver side blowing warm any suggestions on what it might be

Sounds like 2 seperate issues.
The Econ light not turning off will be due to either a faulty air-con pressure switch, or no refrigerant in the system (a leak in other words)
The different temperatures may well be due to a faulty temperature flap motor.

Happened to me with our 2006 Audi A6. After some research I had a go at cleaning the heater control valve. I did this, luckily just before the hot summer.

It’s a relatively easy job - a bit fiddly at worst.
