Pretty much my feelings as well with regard to TVR. I wish them well but 90k is a lot to spend just for brand loyalty and at that price there are many other cars I prefer. Personally I would go for a 2 year old F type V8 and have 40k to spend on something else.
Nevertheless good luck to TVR and the new Griff and I am sure it won't do the older TVRs any harm. Pete
Tbh if you want an F-Type I would question if you were in the market for a Griff type car.. It is 500kg odd heavier and a different kind of car, despite the V8/RWD similarities..Nevertheless good luck to TVR and the new Griff and I am sure it won't do the older TVRs any harm. Pete

Totally agree. £90k is serious quality car money and TVR need to prove that they are now buiding quality cars before asking that kind of money. I would not risk being a product tester on this one. One thing I've always loved about TVRs is the affordability.Nevertheless good luck to TVR and the new Griff and I am sure it won't do the older TVRs any harm. Pete

As much as I love TVR, and I do, £90k brings a decent mileage F430 () into play and I've personally liked Ferrari for longer than I've even known about TVR. Academic, but what a quandary that'd be...LeeHodges said:
