Any good tips for replacing the fuel pump?

I often remind owners not to skimp on fuel hose quality along with many others on this group due to the dangers

OK good news, so you're happy it was a proper original Bosch part? I did contact the company selling them and they where adamant it was original Bosch and they are an approved Bosch dealer.
