Standard 5 litre chipset?

Can anyone tell me if this is a standard chip? I ask because my trusty bike pump tells me I have 40psi fuel pressure without vacuum and 35psi with vacuum. I also seem to have just below 13:1 AFR in closed loop.

Yes, that's the correct chip set, you can tell by the letters KA on the end of the square chip and your tune chip looks typical TVR with the tape and hand written 5, but you won’t know for sure until you check with RoverGauge.

Also, after turning of the ignition check the pressure doesn't drops no more than 10psi after one minute.
