I owned a 1992 4.3 Griffith in '94/'95 purchased from the TVR Centre in Redhill - Silverstone metallic with full ocean green hide. It was a lovely car, and suspiciously quick (quicker than the new Griff' 500s Redhill had at the time) that made way for a modified Chimaera (M2 ADY).

If I check the status of my old Griffith on the government website it says 'Vehicle Details cannot be found' which seems odd. It can't be a time thing as I can track other family cars going back to the 1970s!

Anybody have any ideas? If it was exported would this explain things?

Mine shows this if I check the original VRM. Very much alive on a private plate.

If you’re on the Griffith Facebook page I’d try asking on there
