Lower main beam light units

The headlights aren't brilliant. My plan is to fit the H1 nightbreaker bulbs (now done) and then fit 2 headlight relays (bought and in the post) use the original light feed to fire up the relay and connect the relays to either the battery directly OR to the alternator positive feed. That will send more power to the bulb. I'm going to use 25amp wire so the new bulbs have the power they need to work properly.
I've just removed LED bulbs as they're pants in my opinion.
Each to their own but I didn't like the output or the colour of them.
