yes its the full shebang snarfy.it will be fitted exactly as the factory did it apparently.the cost is £3452.and before anyone thinks then ill try and put this cost into perspective.1)the car is a one owner, low mileage gem, took me ages to find, runs beautifully and looks ace and know i wont find another like it so easily, especially with the rarity of a/c.2)comparing the cost to change, the only other griff i found that was good enough for what i wanted with a/c was going to cost me another 6k more than what i bought, had 13k more miles and was only 1 year newer!also my air con system will be all new,not 6 or 7 years old,so i hope very reliable(12 mth gaurantee).add to this a slight increase on re-sale value and it really makes a lot of sense to me.i really think that a/c is a great advantage for touring(keep roof on for extra boot space),also a lot more comfortable than the hot or v.hot normal heater settings in everyday use.ive been in a couple of griffs with working a/c and found it really was a great improvement, even if it isnt quite bmw standards!theres a common school of thought that its next to useless but thats cr4p in my opinion.probably opinions of those who have either never experienced it,or experienced a car where it wasnt working correctly.
