There was a prog on Tues afternoon with old Monty Dim or whatever his name is ... can't remember what it was called BBC 1 I think. Talking to the HR Owen dealer in Canary Wharf ... . in the showroom he was – saw a couple of Chims and a Tuscan. Then Monty drives off in a Maserati ... what a dull looking car that it.
Turned it over then for Crossroads, Take The High Road, etc.

Regarding the Griff 500 on Lovejoy. From what I was told at the time living here in East Anglia, the factory arranged one of their demonstrators to be used for a single episode . At night the car was kept at Kerridges.
