RE: More Tamora
Discussion
Variations of yellow do seem to be what the dealers like. When I saw HH's creamy yellow one (not a big fan of that particular colour, reminds me of the Volvo T5R but worse) I was a bit taken aback, especially with the bright blue interior.
Does anyone know if a black one has been allowed yet?
Matt.

Mikey, correct. The one you saw at The TVR Centre was the first Dealer Demo. Remember Ted drove it back in November (see the Tamora section of TVR News).
When I was at the factory the yellow TMS Demo car was just behind the TVR Centre's one so must have been the second Dealer Demo.
The yellow one that the magazines drove (which was then resprayed) was a factory owned Press Car.
Cheers........ Andrew

Yes. I was sat with Waldonways last week when the subject came up, the impression was that it was a bit of a myth and that when faced with a customer order for a black one PW shrugged and said "can't see why not" (I suppose it's the easiest way to get the bonnet vent colour coded )
The harsh fact of the matter is that I should have listened to my heart and not to my girlfriend (who does the voice for 'Reason') and ordered a Tamora instead of driving away a Chimaera.
Come next year, or maybe the one after, its going to be a very very very tough choice between the Tamora and my dream Cerbera.
We shall see, and if my numbers come up, its going to be both!

Mike, believe me, if I had Cerbera money wild horses wouldnt stop me, its honestly with the possible exception of the Jensen FF the only car I lust after.
Its just those £1500 12,000 mile services that had me running screaming from the dealers (although I have subsequently found out that was just this particular dealer charging extortionate rates).
Lets face it, they are all marvellous, TVR make wonderful cars and more people should be shouting that off the roof tops IMHO.

Very dark grey, almost black one at Hawthorns.
Matt.
I remember that one, was it not the orignal press car with ox-blood leather. Mmmmm it was that car in 'Performance Car' in the early 90's that made we WANT a TVR.
