I've binged watched all 25 episodes (for the first time) over the last week. Hopefully I've jumped on the bandwagon with not much longer to go. (Would next summer be an unrealistic target?)

Next summer seems unlikely as they are now working on several other projects as well.

Still makes me think that buying a LWB version of the DAF and swapping the body over would be easier.

Possibly to build it. But, it would required an HGV licence to drive it and an operators licence to use it, with all the compulsory 3 monthly safety checks, etc.

They're both more than old enough to have the free 7.5t driving license

That’s not my opinion. Richard said that on Twitter.

They did say in the last one that they were almost ready to go to paint.

If your a fan of Project Binky as I am I think you will like this guy too. I watched his Range Rover video about a week ago and have been binge watching his channel since. All self thought and with basic tools.
Thought I would give him a shout out (no affiliation either btw).

At least now it wont seem so long between episodes of Binky smile

Yes, I've been subscribed for a while. Well filmed, with some humour and a doctor's bedside manner. Very entertaining.

Great stopgo filming and RR build. Because that watch youtube got me watching https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3z2E8hWHycE Off-Road Jaguar V12 full build and they ran into loads of problem and also tried to make a Carb v12 overnight!

Excellent stuff as always.

The last knockings of any project get more and more difficult. Lots of effort for very little visible progress, it can get tedious, especially when things have to be re-done.

But, it has to be close to being stripped down to the shell and off to paint.....soon.

Talking of which, I'd guess the shell will be off to be acid dipped and electro coated first. Along with the various other lumpy steel bits.

As for the manifold, amazing work, hope it works without issue and makes the turbo whistle like Otis Reading sitting on the dock of the bay.

As for the heater intake, more amazing work except the splash shield which looks a bit w**k whistle
