Mpi throttle body question

Hi , anyone confirm how many bolts hold the throttle body on , my mpi has 3 Haynes manual says 3 but there’s 4 holes in the body and 4 in the manifold, I think I’ve lost one somewhere but the Haynes manual has thrown me

Definitely 4 Bolts holding the TB to the inlet manifold on MPI.
