South Wales wiring/auto electrician

Any recommendations for somebody who could undertake the re-wiring of a mini within the S.Wales region. Based in Aberdare, car is rolling but would require trailering so radius to Aberdare would help but willing to travel if needs must.

Are pre-made looms not available ? I'd have thought they would be for a Mini.
