Saw pictures like that at a local 4x4 club.
The RR in question had looked that way 4 or 5 times before its first service.

Some things just have to be done.

Cheers,

I don't believe you can have a Land Rover product and not take it off-road.

The P38 is a very capable vehicle and breezes through most stuff easily.

In response to my advert for information I am still getting lots of e-mails from African gentlemen wanting pictures and offering to send me a cashiers cheque for £500 to purchase my vehicle 'if send photo's and latest bid!' Point missed I think.

I telephoned the Police last Tuesday who have classified it as a burglary as my keys were lifted. Other than that in the last 12 days they have started to prepare the paperwork to look at the CCTV footage from work. I am a little, to say the least, disheartened about this. If I had been NIPped by a scamera they would have got the paperwork to me requesting sixty quid and my driving license by now! However the theft of £15,000 of my property doesn't warrant the same priority apparently. Given that Katy weighs nearly two tons and will hit sixty in under 10 seconds and is being driven without insurance...well need I say more. This is not a complaint at the officers who I have dealt with as they have been very helpful however the system in this country is really screwed.

The insurance company (Churchill) made me a satisfactory offer which I have accepted. Very prompt I must say - two weeks to the day. I'd still rather have my truck back though

I'm now looking for another 50th. As there numbers were limited to about 350 it is hard to find a good one as most of the nice ones have keepers as obsessive as me! I have enquired about five so far but only one has the potential to be Katy II and i'm still waiting for a reply on that one. In the mean time I am, I think the phrase is, 'tooling around' in a 1996 volvo 460 that I picked up for £700 quid this weekend purely as a means to get me to work. Not a bad little car but no Land Rover.
