discounts on rr and rrs
Discussion
Not sure it helps.....
NFU members (farmers and growers) get 5% and UK armed forces members between 7% and 10% (dependent on model)
They are some very generous land-rover employee and family deals but I believe these do not currently apply to FFRR or RRS as land rover can pretty much sell every single one at full price.

If you can point us in the direction of a greater discount then we're all ears
3% off a £100k car is still £3k, better to have that in your pocket rather than someone else's
Are they really £100k now?3% off a £100k car is still £3k, better to have that in your pocket rather than someone else's

I think we paid about £75k for our last one and it's up for renewal next year. We won't be spending £100k on one that's for sure; it's too much for a car that will be very unreliable in its early life.

there was an Autobiography in my local stealers for 109k.... vogue's arnt far behind.
ill stick with the Freelnader i bought for a quater of the price. They were also offering upto 5k discount on list. I got £3500 off the car i bought.
Have to say they were manic, people waiting to be seen and majority were serious punters. A very very successful car manafacturer and i still like to say BRITISH....

You can get into an entry level V6 for £75k, I specced up a Supercharged on the configurator and it came out at £123k! I'll pass on that as my pockets aren't that deep, my fully specced L322 was £81k new, albeit in 2007
My RRS is an HSE SDV6 Dynamic with over £10k of extras (panoramic roof, front and Rear climate seats, 7 seat option, Heated s/wheel, Premium sound system, TV, electric retractable towbar etc) so far from entry level. Cheapest Sport is £61k and Dynamic without any etxras is £66k so not as bad as is being made out?
To clarify that is Sport not FFRR just checked entry level FFRR is £73,950
try to find a main dealer selling ex - demo cars
can be very good value if you accept the spec of the car - they will mostly have 'shiny' bits you do not want
a friend got a real deal with a FFRR that had the special rear compartment with only two seats - basically a car for chauffeur driven passengers

Secondhand New Shape RRS's are making over list at franchise Dealers. I was offered 3k under invoice for mine and the dealer was intending to retail it at 3k over list. can be very good value if you accept the spec of the car - they will mostly have 'shiny' bits you do not want

If you are willing to wait or to take a dealer order and not believe the hype then you can get more than 3% on a FFRR
I bought one in December on the premise that it MUST be registered as a 2013 car and taken before the 1st Jan
The saving was much better than 3% and the spec was what we wanted with a few extra's too.
As it happened we took the car away on the 27th December but for whatever reason when the log book arrived it was dated 6th JAN 2014
I am guessing that the dealer needed to get that last sale in before the month end and hence the deal
If you are serious about ordering go in and try to talk to the Sales Manager rather than the young nipper who tells you they are like rocking horse $hit and that its a 6 month wait etc
Good luck they are lovely and a massive improvement on the older shape
