TD6 Price advice

Hi All,

I've been offered a 2002 TD6 Vogue, blue with 30k miles and 1 owner, full RR history, good condition. The price is approx £35k.

Not really knowing too much about the new model...does this appear to be cheap/fair/expensive ?
