Hi,

My dad is looking to restore his 83 Ur Quattro - any recommendations ideally Southwest?

Many thanks,

Miles

A friend of mine has about 11 on the go, all in various states. Get him to join classicaudi, he'll get all the help and info he needs on there.

The Quattro Workshop near Lutterworth. Roger is a top man, he only works on ur quattros, was the technical secretary of the Quattro owners club and even Audi uk ring him up to ask for advice on quattros.

Not the SW, but worth the trip to the East Midlands.

I depends where in the southwest you are, it's a big place wink

But I'm in the southwest and I've used all the Quattro specialists mentioned above, at one time or another, over the last twenty years. I won't be taking my Quattro to any of them come restoration time (although they're good for other work). Wouldn't want (or be able) to share my experiences in public but feel free to PM me.

Fair dos; I've only ever used them myself for parts and on that front found them helpful.

I shall have to bow to greater experience on that one.
