2017 Evoque Issues

Just wondering if I am alone in having these issues.
Other half’s car and in just under a year have noticed of late there is a really weird rattle on idle when cold like an exhaust part is coming into contact with someone in close proximity.
The car also makes several weird electronic noises externally once you kill the engine. Almost like hearing different modules disengaging.
The rear view camera is on the blink and Land Rover GLASGOW and Motherwell have been absolutely useless bar cancelling two appointments and saying it’s on back order. Service at both has been awful which is a different issue. Just wondering if these sorts of issues are common as not really familiar with brand or model.
