Landrover discovery 5 service/warranty

I think I'm in the same boat with my 2017 Discovery on 9400 miles.
I need to check.

LR dealers are v poor in my experience , our current one just charged 750 for 2y service

But worse quoted 330 for a paid of rear pads - not just the pads no discs!

Nb our service light came on 1m early for the 2y

its a recall on the disco 5 that the service light doesn't work...
