What lead times are people being quoted now? We ordered 3 weeks ago and they’re saying 16-20 weeks. It’s going to be a long old wait!

Ordered mine just before Christmas and it arrived mid-April.

110 might be sooner.

Quick question - is their room for a dog in the 90's boot area with the rear seats in use? Thinking of a lab puppy starting off in a cage, then once grown on a dog bed.

With the rear seats up, I don't think it would take a dog in the remaining space.

Certainly no room for a cage in the back of a 90 with the seats up, just enough for a retriever on his bed and can turn around, but anything bigger there really is not enough room.

We tried it out last weekend.!

We have just ordered a 90, couldn't face the size of the 110 just for the odd time the dog will need to travel, we tried a 110, but it just seemed huge. Even felt bigger than our last Range rover.

There's a guy on You tube who has shown a possible solution.

You can lift the seat bench up off the base and the back rests then fold flat.

Lift the backs up and the seat base will go back on - apparently

In the 90, even if you do that there is a step up from the load space to the folded seat as the pivot point is above the floor level…

This should be it.

Yes there is still a step but at least the back bits fold flat.

My wife is interested in getting one of these - possibly to replace both our Land Cruiser 100 and our daily driver Golf Alltrack.

I have a few questions...

How well does the 300hp 4-cyl move such a heavy car? is it always working hard? The next step up where I live is the I6 PHEV and it is over ten grand more expensive.

Is there a way to delete the stupid body colored fashion square in the rear window?

Is the larger touch screen simply bigger, or is it more responsive / faster with apps as well?

Is the cloth interior comfortable? The car is going to get muddy so I like the idea of a hard wearing interior, but not if it is like a hair shirt.

Anyone got an extended test-drive. I see they are advertised.

Is it a few hours or a day or more?

I bought the 3.0 litre 6 cylinder version.

The pannier type thingy is an extra so you don’t need to order it.

Find mine has plenty of poke for what I need.

You can DIY on the 110, but there are some mounting holes left behind. They're optional on the 90.
A quick screengrab from the below video:

It's probably worth having a rummage through Simon's extensive Defender playlist as they cover many topics.

IIRC - It's there to cover over the seatbelt mechanism on the inside.

FWIW - Leather is a lot easier to keep clean if it's going to get muddy.

The Signature Square on the 110 does not cover up any usable glass area, as Camel Landry says there is BIW beyond it.

There is now the option to spec it in black for £155, but this has to be ordered with a black contrast roof (which is standard on X and V8) to give an all black upper graphic.

Larger touch screen - no change to PIVI performance, but the additional screen real estate makes some features, esp. nav, nicer to use. Bear in mind that availability is currently limited on this due to supply chain issues.

Cloth seats are perfectly comfortable. My 110 had them and I’d be quite happy to spec them again. The Windsor leather heated / cooled ones in my 90 are very nice though…

It's 2 hours, I understand.

I quite like it on the 110 but on the 90, it completely spoils the view out for rear seat passengers. Can't understand why anyone would spec it (nor have I seen any with it spec'd).

This is true, although the leather on my Range Rover is perforated - for the heating / cooling seats I presume - which makes it nothing like as easy to wipe clean as you might hope.
