The Land Rover configurator now has engine/model specific delivery estimates on new orders, obviously with some caveats. Last week it simply stated 9-12 months for all model, I think.
Currently 6-9 months for D300 and P400, with the Autobiography versions of these coming in at 6-12 months. All PHEV models are now 12+ months.

Found a brand new D350 Autobiography sport on autotrader a couple of weeks ago so bought that.
Saves waiting silly lead times. Paid a tiny premium over list but well worth it.
Tony congrats on your new RRS. If you don’t mind me asking - what’s amounts to a tiny premium, please? Saves waiting silly lead times. Paid a tiny premium over list but well worth it.
Picking up a D350 AB this week. Was a de-slotted order apparently due to my dealer finding out that the original buyer was a trader about to flip the car so JLR told them not to sell the car to them!
I had a PheV on order but no sign of that so they offered me this one so decided to take it given current values are so strong on these.

I loved my 2010 RRS but had a nightmare with reliability and dealer service etc so swore to never have another, and went via Porsche and BMW for a long time. However, I love the look of these new ones but - and this is a genuine question - are the quality issues fixed now or are people so enamoured with the cars that they’ll happily pay the premium and overlook these reliability ‘foibles’?
Just as an aside, Mrs. P went for an interview at a local main dealer who warned her that they have to deal with “a lot of very angry customers” and on further digging it sounded like the problems of 10 years ago are all still there. The reliability surveys also seem to bear that out.
So, I’m genuinely curious - is everyone happy to take this on the chin regardless of cost?

Had ours two weeks (so not a long term test). Lovely build and runs like a watch. Such a stunning place to be sitting and doing miles.
Likewise; had ours since early October.Fantastic car.
I popped a thread up about it just incase it helped anyone out.
I cannot comment on any previous RRs issues and ownership problems as i have never had one, but can on the new one.
