Anybody had a BCM replaced on a 2015 evoque?
A friend has been relieved of £8k. Car had a battery drain - charged battery caused the horn and other things to constantly work. A £595 charge for a seven mile recovery and diagnostics came first followed by £5.8k for the BCM. Car still not working so another £770 on a transponder. Car still not right and still with garage. Garage said it will be fixed when it is fixed.
I will not name the business but will say it has a ste reputation. I have told my friend it reeks of the parts cannon being fired and the people working on the car being hoplessly out of their depth.

Can anybody tell me how much the parts cost and how much for fitting and coding?
