Bought this earlier in the year for some fun. Sadly, it has to go but deffo a good buy as the bloke before me spent nearly £15k on it and its made me realise how comfortable these cars are for long journeys, having driven it to Spain and back this summer - I was doing 12 hour days feeling as fresh as a daisy.

Bought mine a few months ago and absolutely love it to bits.

One of the last RR Classic 4.2 Vogue LSE models (yes, that's the one the extra 8" girls wink)

It's got all the toys (all of which work!) and is in amazing condition for a 13 year old vehicle.

I've had this for a whole week now:

So far, it's great and surprisingly comfortable on road. Now to find some decent green lanes....

Has anyone got any advice as to whether those spots are likely to restrict cooling while towing a heavy trailer?

Highly unlikely.

As a side note, it is possible that you may need a tachograph fitted if you are towing large trailers as part of your business, but I`m not 100% sure so check with the local traffic office (0117 929 8352)

Al, Backing up Towie's comment, TD5's are massively over cooled. The spots wont be an issue!

2001 td5 90 - very high spec and now fully caged and sat in Brisbane customs!!
1994 Classic vogue se 3.9 manual 80k miles - still in England

Why can't the floor be fixed? while you're checking for rust take a look at the sills, wheel arches, front valances............ooooh just check it all I'm sure therewill be some good metal on it somewhere
