I've got a 1954 86" series 1, R/Rover V8 with Holley carb, series 2 box with overdrive and series 2 axles. It is my every day transport - but I've also got a 53 Chevy pickup and a 73 Australian Ford ZF Fairlane. I am thinking of buying a TVR Chimaera soon, though I've never owned anything with fuel injection, ECU's, cat converters etc, before. I've also got a 1978 series 3 ex army lwb 24 volt that I converted to V8 power. It's been off the road for 5 years or so and I raid it for spares now. Think it will have to go this year as I wouldn't use it even if it was running.

Lots of V8 power:
Dec 2004 RR Vogue - very comfortable, smooth ride, quite pacey for a big lass (doesn't sweat much either)

1998 TVR Chimaera 450 - just had it over a month now, absolutely breathtaking performance, and such huge fun to drive. verrrrrrrry fasssssst

2001 BMW 540 Sport - lovely Mrs H's car. Combination of other two - comfortable and deceptively fast.

P.S. - sorry about the environment

My dad bought a 84 90 2.25 petrol in 04 for me to drive round in when i first passed my driving test, i liked it although it was seriously underpowered, my brother has it now although he has only driven it since the engine was replaced with a diesel, he uses it off road and breaks it a lot, sad really as it was quite tidy for its age (ie lack of damage to the body work).

I've got a series 1 swb landy and I just typed my reg number into that RAC vehicle data check site. According to that it was registered on 1st Jan, 0001. Be interesting to know who built it !.
