Only ever did an RTV trial there once years ago.My Fave site was always Avon Dassett.
Went to Tixover once, good site but a bit of a run.
Devils pit is over priced and a bit boring if you've been before.I always felt they shoud get the digger out and make more use of the huge flat empty field in the middle of the site.

. Have a party to go to the night before 
and if todays hangover is anything to go by (went to a party last night) I won't be a well cookie.Was there today. There was a misprint in one of the magazines and I go the date wrong. Place was full of bikes and it was messy. Still managed to have a go.
Totally ballsed up crossing the river and got the v8 wet. Bad idea. Especially when you stall it in the middle of the puddle. Water pouring in to level of seat boxes. Luckily mate has a winch on his 110 so got me out, but I had to go swimming while he laughed from the edge. I then took us better part of 3 hours to get my dead Rangie back to top of hill. Needed a combination of winching and a two car pull.
To have had a fun day you would have needed some aggressive mud tyres. It was just too slippy.
