Discovery Wheels/Tyres

2. 31/13.50R15 Super Swamper TSL/SX ( thats 5 inches of stretch )



Just wondered if this sort of setup would work on a Discovery I ?

Maybe not with such streched tyres but along the same lines of super wide rims with a standard ish off road plugger type tyre ?

I really hope it wouldnt work!!

I dont think you would have any chance with the width or steering lock, but the 31" height should fit!

That would look PROPER rubbish!!!! I think you would also foul your arches something rotten...I'm about to fit 265s on mine at the weekend and that will probably be a challenge in itself!

The picture is the extreme, I suppose what I want to know is the max width/offset I could fit and what tyres people normally fit... then I would say add an inch on the width and change the offset to bring the wheel out
