Land Rover Technical Publications on CD
Discussion
Unfortunately I won't be getting a Land Rover any time soon as my money is going to be going on direct access, but I've got some birthday money waiting to be spent (4 months after recieving it!). Hence I'm considering buying some Land Rover Technical Publication CDs (the Land Rover Classic Parts/Heritage Motor Centre ones) and I've got some questions about them, perhaps some PHers could enlighten me?
- Are the workshop manuals, part catalogues, operation/instruction/technical manuals original Land Rover publications (except of course those marked as being from another source)?
- Are the copies of the publications complete and unabridged copies of the original hard copies of those publications?
- Are they facsimile type copies (i.e. scanned in copies) of the publications or are they computerised recreations (i.e. the text is generated by the PDF viewer and only the images are scans)?
- What quality (i.e resolution and colour depth) are the scanned in parts scanned to?
Thanks,
Matthew-TMM
