How fast are range rover l322's?

Hi

i was wondering as i do a bit of motorway driving, and not that i will do it, what are the max speeds of the td6 and the 4.4v8 range rovers as im thinking of buying one as a luxury barge after selling my 1.4 golf 2002, or any other suggestions wld be helpful

reason being ive come into a well paid job at 24 so lookin to spend some of my wedge after all thats what its for! I want to start seein some fruit of my long hours!

TD6, 0-60 12.6 seconds, top speed 109mph, ave mpg 25.0

4.4V8, 0-60 8.1 seconds, top speed 116mph, ave mpg 17.5

New TDV8, 0-60 8.6 seconds, top speed 124mph, ave mpg 25.1****

New V8SC, 0-60 7.1 seconds, top speed 130mph, ave mpg 17.7

New 4.4V8, 0-60 8.3 seconds, top speed 124mph, ave mpg 18.9

However, at Vmax your mpg will easily be in single figures.

The TDV6 is SLOW The 4.4 is plenty fast and a good m/way performer, sounds mighty good at under high rev's too.

Should be able to get a nice one for sub- £30k

im thinkin the 4.4v8 as ive seen some on a 02-03 plates for sub 20k so i may well go for those or perhaps a M3 coupe but thinking they are too wideboy for me haha. i want some classy wheels, i have a defender 90 for off road use only so i want a smart one to impress the ladies with and go on roadtrips to parties uk wide!! rock on!

ta dude, just been out browsing at a couple and test drove a 04 4.4v8 range, wat a lovely car! beats my lil golf, just need to find one in my spec now then ill post up pics, prob take a lil while though!
