Im going to change the steering wheel for a smaller sports type wheel,as the wife says that the wheel thats on it now intrudes in to her field of vision.I will still keep the original. When i was looking for one of these the amount of rubbish ones i looked at before i bought this one,and the prices that they wanted was near enough what i paid for this.

What are these like to drive?

They are the pre-Td5 generation and I had the impression they were very thirsty and a bit stodgy, with a lot of torque slip from the auto - ie lots of lovely V8 growl, but not a lot of go, without flooring it.

Would like to be proved wrong.
