Franky I don't think there is much you can do that is cost-effective to improve mpg on the 200 - it's already so efficient it takes a week to warm up in the winter!
Best look at other bits of the vehicle - tyre pressures and type, weight - carrying unnecessary stuff etc, etc but to be honest the gains on a Defender will be marginal.
